Its easy to to say these things. The ps3 is doing fine just not as expected. That is all.
Theres plenty coming that they haven't announced we all know that. E3 will no doubt have Forza3, mass effect2 and others.
Yeah Killzone is great but surley multiformat games should look better on the the more powerful ps3 no matter what. Last gen multiformat games looked better on the xbox as it was more powerful and it showed, smae thing should be happening here.
If resi5 was ps3 exclusive im sure people would be saying it looks great and the xbox couldn't run it.
I thought the textures in Halo3 were a bit lame but going back to it there actually pretty good close up. Crap in multiplayer though.
As for Killzone .. its great. We all know it.
Its far from dead. I think its just that the Playstation brand is normally so far ahead that it feels as though it has under performed.
Add to that the unexpected sales of wii and xbox360 and its easy to label it as a faliure.
It will do fine, as usual.

The xbox one is obviously better. I am starting to question why Ps3 multi format games are having trouble keeping up with the 360. The Ps3 was supposed to be built for the future for Gods sake.
Killzone does look amazing but considering the time and money its taken it should.
Sony had better make the next ps easy to program as its obvious the xbox can hold its own and for half the price.
The xbox one is better but when you play it it's still the same game so does it matter. You will only buy it for the console you own anyway.
I think i will probably really enjoy Killzone but i dare say i will still boot up Halo for its great online co op. Its just great fun.
Will i still be booting up Killzone 14 months after its release.. time will tell.
Well i suppose gears had the chainsaw gun, and meat shields and Halo the generating sheild and console co op. But im sure thats not what they mean.
I think they mean Killzone seems to lack character and identity to make it stand out from the rest.
But the games good so.. so what.
Co op would have been nice and more chances to use vechiles but i can see why they didn't do it.
People should just be pleased that its a good game, isnt that enough anymore?
If you like fps's you will like it by all accounts and like the above says 'they exceeded the first one'. Im in.
Im really looking forward to Killzone. On the subject of COD4 though i didn't really like it that much. It was great first time round but once its looks wore off on its second playthrough the cracks appeared big time. Spawning enemies in infinite numbers turned it into a check point run, Granades spawning behind you on harder settings, linear paths with no tatics. The online was good but the campaign though amazing looking was actually all smoke and mirrors.
Halo is still one of the most played games on xbox live over a year after its release so its obviously still very popular.
This whole Halo killer thing is nonsense though. It seems like a saying playstation fans are obsessed with. The ps2 never had a fps to match halo on xbox1 and it seems that really bit hard.
Times have changed a now there are loads of great fps games on both consoles but i have a feeling no matter how good a game is people will always say its not as good as...
Yeah ive found that. I generally don't bother using the install on the 360 as i found it doesn't really make hardly any difference.
What no Forza3 or Mass Effect2. I know Forza3 has yet to be announce but we know its coming. Surley these two should be on the list.
Thats true. It seems a bit unfair to knock it for not having co op when they didn't COD4. Some valid points in the article but some excuses also.
An install for what people are now saying is slighty worse version wtf.
I think rather than rant about how bad the score is i will actually play it first before i voice how the score is unjustified.
Im onto really online much fot multiplayer but am still interested in the campaign.

First you need to use full stops. Two it is one of the most played games online. Thats a fact.
And when you boot up Halo to play online it shows a map of the world showing dots for the people who are playing and it lights up all over. Including Asia.

Agreed. Co op would have giving it even longer legs and as theres a team with you in the game it seems like a no brainer.
I dare say the visuals might have suffered a little though so i guess thats why they didn't put it in.
